DOSAGE:
HOW OFTEN
Take Solution 21 drops three times a day (or more if you are feeling poorly or emotional) these drops can be taken up to 10 times a day. If you find you need them 10 times a day after a few days drop the frequency down and see how you feel.
You may take the drops whenever you start thinking of your situation (fearful, concerned overwhelmed, hopelessness etc).
TIME
Take drops at least 20 minutes before or after food and drink . Recommend taking on in morning, middle of the day and the evening.
QUANTITY
Place six drops under your tongue and hold them there for at least 30 seconds.
PRECAUTION
These drops are alcohol based so if you need to avoid alcohol then don’t consume these Drops. Contact us and we can make them up for you without the alcohol. Without the alcohol the shelf life is much less.
